The beauty of this particular support group is our dedication to your cancer experience, uplift and support one another. It’s about empowerment when we are the most vulnerable. Cancer is a personal challenge, and one where you have the choice on how you are going to handle it. A lot of self-discovery occurs at this point. With a group like MCR standing behind you, honoring and embracing you, even your darkest thoughts can be shared, and you can come through stronger than ever. Our goal is to help, encourage, support, and share our experiences of cancer with one another. All are welcome, all are accepted, and all are listened to.

I’ve witnessed countless times how physical pain, emotional sadness or tension can be eased through a blend of coaching sessions and simple self-help techniques. We utilize mindfulness and self-exploration to create problem solving and peace, relaxation practices and self-massage.
