Clearing out old feelings can free us to have the life we desire.

This 4-week group workshop series gives you tools to understand yourself, how your mind works, and how to overcome life obstacles created from our stored thoughts and feelings. Each session builds knowlege and experience, and is totally confidential.

With a grant from the American Cancer Society (ACS) in 2023 we provided workshops to heal Trauma, Loss, Grief and reached over 50 survivors.

In 2025, MCR again launched a formal training workshop series for small groups of 10 to 15 cancer survivors. The group work is confidential, and amazing when people are able to safely share their stories, understand and change the emotional outcomes. To date we have taught over 60 cancer patients these critical self-care skillsets and techniques. We will be holding two more 2026 workshops to continue to provide these services for emotional resilience, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Maui Ocean Center, partnered with MCR, generously providing their private education room for our sessions. This serene, quiet space offered complete privacy and created an environment that felt safe, supportive, and deeply personal—a gift that made each session even more impactful.
